5 to 15 people. Monthly. Outdoors. No leader. No fees. No walls.
The most human unit of OpenSky.
A Circle is not a class, a club, or a congregation. It is a small group of people who choose to practise the OpenSky Code together β in real life, under the open sky.
5β15 people maximum. Intimacy is the point. When a Circle grows too large, it splits and plants a new one.
A rotating Facilitator guides each meeting. Leadership belongs to everyone, in turn β never to one person permanently.
Parks, rooftops, beaches, fields. The sky itself is the sanctuary. No building required β no building preferred.
Open to all β every caste, religion, gender, background. A Circle that excludes anyone is not an OpenSky Circle.
Meet once a month. Breathe together, share, have one honest conversation. Consistent and simple.
No membership fees, no charges, no collections. A Circle runs on presence, not money β ever.
Every Circle meeting follows a simple four-part rhythm. It takes about 60β90 minutes. No preparation required.
Gather outdoors. Sit in a circle. 2 minutes of silent open-eyed breathing together. Nothing to control β only to see.
Each person shares one boundary they crossed since the last meeting. No advice. No debate. Just deep listening.
One question for the group, chosen by the Facilitator. Curiosity over judgment. Every voice equal.
Each person names one boundary act they will do before the next meeting. Close with 2 minutes of shared silence.
Tell us where you are. We'll connect you with others nearby β or help you start the first Circle in your city.
A one-page guide with the meeting agenda, conversation prompts, and the breathing practice β everything to run your first Circle.
